Returns Policy
If your order isn’t quite right, you can request either a refund or a live exchange through our Returns Portal.
- Refunds: You are responsible for the cost of your return label.
- Exchanges: Free of charge.
- Gift Cards: Choose store credit instead of a refund and receive an additional 10% extra value to spend at Glow For It.
Please note: Refunds and exchanges are available only for orders delivered within the UK, EU, or U.S.
How to Return
You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We’ll email you once your return has been received and assessed, confirming whether it has been approved and outlining the next steps.
Return Eligibility
Return Window
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Orders delivered outside the UK, EU, or U.S. are not eligible for returns.
Item Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
- All packaging must be intact and original.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if:
- The tamper seal is broken
- Items show signs of use
- Items are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us
- Items are returned more than 14 days after delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items (non-refundable)
- Subscription orders
- Items purchased through TikTok Shop, Amazon, or any external retailer — please follow their respective return policies.
- Items returned due to personal preference or dislike
We only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please submit a request via the Returns Portal or email contact@yoursite.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
